1. Does your store offer any volume discounts?

Yes, for our registered customers, we offer volume discounts of up to 10% on products in stock as described below. The discounts are automatically applied and displayed in the cart. If you are logged in to your account, the prices for the products are shown with the discount applied! You can easily verify the discount amount in the cart under each product. If you log out of your account, you will see prices for non-registered customers.



2. The clothing I received does not fit me properly. What should I do?

Sometimes, that happens, and there's no need to panic. You can return the goods within 14 days if they are unused and undamaged, and we will exchange them for a different size. You can find all the return options on the exchange and return of goods page.


3. What does "In stock " mean, and what is the delivery time?

On our website, the availability of each product is indicated. "In stock" means that the product is in our warehouse, and we need to deliver it to you. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company and the collection time, but they are always indicated when you click on a specific availability on the product detail page.



4. What does it mean when a product is listed as "Free shipping"?

If you see the "Free shipping" icon on a product, it means that you do not have to pay for the selected shipping method for that product. We cover the shipping cost for you. Furthermore, if you purchase other items with the "Free shipping" label, you get free shipping for the entire order. You can verify the specific shipping options with the discount applied in the cart after adding your products.



5. I want to change or cancel my order. How should I proceed?

6. The card payment didn't go through, what should I do now?

The most common issue with card payments is that the card is not authorized for online payments by the issuing bank. Therefore, you may not be able to pay online with that particular card. If you are sure that your card is fine, you can make the payment by clicking the blue button in the email confirming your order.

7. What does "Pre-sale" or "Sold out" availability mean?

"Pre-sale" availability means that we do not have the product in stock, but we can order it from the supplier. Products listed as "Sold out" are not available at the moment, and their restocking by the supplier has not been confirmed.



8. I want order goods to an EU address. Is it possible?

Yes, of course! We are one big family. We now ship to the entire European Union. Specific shipping and payment options will be displayed to you after adding the goods to your cart during the checkout process.



9. Is personal pickup available?

Personal pickup is no longer available due to the closure of the brick and mortar store. However, we now offer express delivery.



10. I want to return the ordered goods. How should I proceed with the complaint?

If your clothes have torn or if there is another manufacturing defect on your goods, you certainly have the right to complain about the goods. To make the whole process easier for you, we have prepared a separate page about complaints and returns.



11. Right of withdrawal from the purchase contract

The right of withdrawal from the purchase contract is possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. The purchased products must be unworn and unused.
